It’s opening day for most Major League Baseball teams. Throughout the season, many teams have special days for bringing your dog to the park. Starting things out this season are the Houston Astros who are hosting their 2nd Annual Dog Day presented by H-E-B on April 11, 2010. Reserved Seating and Standing Room only tickets are available and a portion of all proceeds from tickets sales will benefit the Houston Humane Society. Pre-game festivities include a Pooch Parade on the field, Costume Contest, and an opportunity to meet Marcus Luttrell, retired Navy Seal author of Lone Survivor, and his dog, Mr. Rigby for a book signing.
